Return and Refund Policy

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO SATISFACTION

At BEDSUREHOME, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture and home essentials. We understand that creating the perfect home environment is a personal journey. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our structured return policy is designed to provide a fair, transparent, and professional resolution, ensuring your peace of mind from checkout to delivery.

2. THE 30-DAY ASSURANCE WINDOW

We provide a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. To maintain our high standards of product hygiene and quality, all returns must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging Integrity: Products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including all internal protective materials.

  • Labeling: All BEDSUREHOME branding, SKU tags, and security labels must remain intact and attached.

  • Documentation: A valid Order Number or digital receipt is required to initiate the process.

3. AUTHORIZED RETURN PROTOCOL

To ensure the security of your shipment and the speed of your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Request: Email our support concierge at service@bedsurehome.us  to initiate a return.

  2. Authorization: Once reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the designated return address.

  3. Notice: Returns sent without a prior RMA or to the corporate office address in Tsim Sha Tsui without authorization will be rejected, as our logistics hubs are separate from our administrative offices.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting Window: Any manufacturing defects or transit damages must be reported to service@bedsurehome.us  within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: Please provide clear photos or a short video of the damage. For verified defects, we will arrange an expedited replacement or a 100% refund at no additional cost to the customer.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

In compliance with international trade standards, the following are ineligible for return:

  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture tailored to specific dimensions.

  • Assembled items (unless a manufacturing defect is proven).

  • Gift cards and promotional "Final Sale" items.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a BEDSUREHOME error.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL"

For customers residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This "cooling-off" period applies alongside our 30-day brand guarantee, provided the merchandise is in merchantable condition.

7. REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINES

All returned goods are subject to a mandatory quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • Verification: We will notify you via email once your return has been inspected and approved.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

  • Timing: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the credit is not visible after 15 business days, please contact your financial institution or our finance team.
