By utilizing a sophisticated Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) framework, we eliminate unnecessary intermediaries, ensuring that each piece of furniture maintains its premium quality while reaching you with maximum efficiency.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Every order undergoes a comprehensive inspection and secure-packaging protocol at our fulfillment center to ensure structural integrity during transit.

  • Processing Window: Standard orders are verified and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days.

  • High-Volume Periods: During seasonal launches or promotional events, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to finalize your shipment.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a standardized global shipping service for a consistent fee of $5.99 USD.

3. TRANSIT ESTIMATES BY REGION

We partner with elite global carriers (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to provide secure transit. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

4. REAL-TIME TRACKING

Transparency is central to the BEDSUREHOME experience.

  • Notification: Once your package is scanned into the carrier's system, a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number will be sent automatically.

  • Data Synchronization: Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier's digital portal.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & COMPLIANCE

For international orders, please be advised that shipments are dispatched via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Import Fees: Any applicable VAT, import duties, or local brokerage fees are determined by your destination country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Regulatory Delays: BEDSUREHOME is not responsible for transit delays caused by mandatory customs inspections or regional import holds.

6. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain our expedited shipping standards, the window for changing an order is extremely limited.

  • The 12-Hour Window: Any requests for address corrections or order cancellations must be received via email within 12 hours of order placement.

  • Status Limitations: Once an order has moved to the "Shipped" status, we are unable to redirect the package or halt delivery.

7. CARGO PROTECTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order encounters issues during transit:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact service@bedsurehome.us within 72 hours. You must include high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the original shipping label/packaging.

  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
